It also has enough spaces for your parking needs. The hotel also has Transport Services which is available 24/7. With a peaceful and quiet accommodation, Park, Bed & Breakfast Hotel is the right budget hotel. With a few minutes away from the NAIA Airport Terminals (1-4). The hotel is also accessible to Mall of Asia, Makati CBD and government offices such as DFA and OWWA.

  2. Cancellation Charges:

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
    • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds are subject to a deduction of any applicable bank or transaction fees.

  4. Amendment Policy:

    • Changes to the reservation dates or room type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • Any amendments should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

  5. Group Bookings:

    • For group bookings (more than 5 rooms), different cancellation terms may apply. Please contact our reservations team for further details.

  6. Force Majeure:

    • Park Bed and Breakfast Hotel reserves the right to waive cancellation charges in the event of circumstances beyond the guest's control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
